Nun, an den Bioseinstellungen liegt es auch nicht, ich habe nämlich die
Default-Einstellungen geladen und wieder Suspend-to-ram getestet.
Funktioniert! Hast du wirklich die Biosversion 2.25 und die
Controllerversion 1.36? Und installiert habe ich natürlich die Pakete
(und acpid laufen):
acpi/stable uptodate 0.09-1
acpid/stable uptodate 1.0.4-1
In /etc/default/acpid steht:

Specify options for acpid startup, Debian default is to enable the
# use of sockets at a non-default position
OPTIONS="-s /var/run/acpid.socket"
