Okay, da scheint alles okay zu sein.

Das scheint mir für eine FX 5200 etwas wenig, meines ist eine Ti4200 an
Celeron 1400. Da könnte bei Dir irgendwo etwas klemmen, das sollte AA
aber nicht vom Starten abhalten.

Sieht alles okay aus. Ich benutze aber gegenwärtig den 7174, insofern
kann ich im Augenblick nicht sagen, ob es da eine Inkompatibilität gibt.

Wie sieht der Modules-Abschnitt Deiner /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 aus?
