QT benutzt nunmal kein pkgconfig oder aehnliches. Also muss das
configure-Skript raten wo QT installiert ist. Mit aktuellen
QT-basierten Programmen klappt das auch meist, aber bei deinem Skript
scheint die Kombination /usr/include/qt3 und /usr/lib fuer Header und
Lib's nicht vorgesehen zu sein.

kdelibs4-dev installiert?
Und warum nimmst du eigentlich nicht das Debian Paket? Ist das etwa zu
alt (0.33-5)?
