Modul ist IMHO einkompiliert in den 2.4er Kernel und heisst pcnet32. Ist hier allerdings ein VMWare-Problem, da es zum "Bridgen" nur die erste NIC benutzt und nicht die Zweite, wie es sein sollte. Es lässt sich bisher auch nicht dazu überreden, aber das ist OT hier...
