da scheint alles da zu sein. mit dem Parameter 
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib statt 
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/lib/qt3 oder 
--with-qt-libraries=/usr/share/qt3/lib
kommt immer der selbe Fehler.

Hier nochmal die Ausgabe von dpkg -L:

Die libraries dagegen sind neu. (Die werden ja auch angemeckert)
