Problem mit Netzwerkkonfiguration speziell eth0 in interfaces [Woody]

Hi Leute

Ich habe ein kleines Problem mit der Netzwerkkonfiguration. Meine
interfaces sieht jetzt folgendermaßen aus:

	# Used by ifup(8) and ifdown(8). See the interfaces(5) manpage
or
	# /usr/share/doc/ifupdown/examples for more information.

	auto lo
	iface lo inet loopback
     
	auto eth0
	iface eth0 inet static
	     adress 192.168.0.3
	     netmask 255.255.255.0
	     network 192.168.0.0
 	     broadcast 192.168.0.255
 	     gateway 192.168.0.1

Das Loopback Interface läuft ja auch einwandfrei, nur bei dem eth0
(/etc/init.d/networking restart)kommt eine Fehlermeldung: Reconfiguring
Network Interfaces: Don't seem to be have all the variables for
eth0/inet.

Mit ifconfig und dem route Befehl bekomme ich meine Netzwerkkarte
einwandfrei zum laufen!

Woran liegt das?? Außerdem würde ich gerne mal wissen, was das mit dem
auto lo oder auch auto eth0 auf sich hat??

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen.
