ls -al /etc/apt/apt.conf.d renvoie:
00trustcdrom
01autoremove
10apt-list-bugs
70debconf

10apt-listbugs est un fichier, donc ls -al /etc/apt.conf.d/??apt- 
listbugs ne renvoie que le nom du fichier.
Le fichier contient:
DPkg::Pre-Install-Pkgs {"/usr/sbin/apt-listbugs apt || exit 10"};
DPkg::Tools::Options::/usr/sbin/apt-listbugs "";
DPkg::Tools::Options::/usr/sbin/apt-listbugs::Version "2";

Je ne vois trop ce qui pose problème ?
