hm, -DLOCALE ist eigentlich als Parameter zum compiler gedacht. Du
hast das Makefile in .../lxdialog haendisch aufgerufen? Geht nicht. Du
solltest das toplevel-Makefile nehmen.

Alle Pakete, die in den ersten beiden Spalten kein ii haben, sind nicht
wirklich funktionsfaehig ( purged, uninstalled etc). Entferne doch mal
die zerlegten Pakete ganz (mit --purge) und installiere z.B
ncurses-dev richtig.
Hier sind folgende Pakete installiert:
ii libncurses4 4.2-3 Shared libraries for terminal handling
ii libncurses4-dev 4.2-3.1 Developer's libraries and docs for ncurses
ii ncurses-base 4.2-3.1 Descriptions of common terminal types
ii ncurses-bin 4.2-3 Terminal-related programs and man pages
ii ncurses3.4 1.9.9g-8.11 Video terminal manipulation - shared librari
