[Debian]: Linux als Router

Hi,

ich versuche einen LINUX Rechner "amd300" mit PPP Anschluss 
als Router zwischen einem LAN und dem Internet zu verwenden. 

Wenn ich nun z.B. "traceroute 141.76.20.99" von "p90" - einem anderen
Rechner im LAN - aufrufe kommt *keine* Verbindung zum Internet zustande.
Ich bekomme folgende Ausgabe:
traceroute to 141.76.20.99 (141.76.20.99), 30 hops max, 40 byte packets
 1  amd300 (192.0.0.3)  1.828 ms  0.626 ms  0.603 ms

 3  * * *
 .
 .
 .

Hat jemand eine Vermutung was ich falsch mache (ich habe unten meine 
Konfiguration angehaengt)?

Ich habe den Kernel von "amd300" mit der Option IP forwarding 
kompiliert und folgende Einstellungen vorgenommen:
