Sind /etc/ppp/ip-{up,down} ausführbar?
Sind /etc/ppp/ip-{up,down}.d/* ausführbar?
/etc/ppp/ip-{up,down}.d/isdnutils angepasst?
ip-up sollte so aussehen (ip-down analog):
