Hola Albert, mira al limits.conf ho tinc tot comentat
menys

*       soft    nproc       unlimited
*       hard    nproc       unlimited
*       soft    nofile      20000
*       hard    nofile      20900

i al script d'arranc del mysql vaig afegir:

ulimit -n 60000 -u unlimited
