Crec que el problema és que hi ha un conflicte entre el hotplug i els
scripts d'inici de l'ALSA. Jo ho vaig arreglar posant això al
/etc/hotplug/blacklist:
#alsa modules
snd-emu10k1
Llavors quan arrenca fa:
