Bug#1116019: context-modules: Missing Apache 2 license for Type 1 fonts

Hello,

You have overridden lintian's license-problem-font-adobe-copyrighted-fragment
most probably because hans{,-sh}.pfb only contain relicensed code.
But the package's copyright file does not document the Apache-2.0 license
for those files.

The files itself have a statement in d/copyright:

jmn:
%D subtitle=special fonts for ConTeXt,
%D author=Design by Janusz M. Nowacki, 2004
%D copyright=Public Domain

I do not fully understand, where I should insert the Apache license here. The commit [1] just says that the tool to write the Type1 fonts(?) is Apache 2.0. So I would add a new paragraph telling that the font Type1 files are generated using tool XYZ under Apache 2.0 license?
