The official maintainer is in CC of this mail. The last upload was

I do not expect any NMUer to push their commits to any repository (which
is a drawback of NMUs which I hope to cure by moving the repository to
some place which can be more easily accessed.)

BTW, to my experience packages touched in the Bug of the Day do not get
any response from the official Uploaders/Maintainers in about 90% of the
cases. I would be happy to be wrong in this case and I happily
volunteer to take over the full history if someone can provide a clone
of the original repository (sorry if I forgot to write this in my
original mail).

Kind regards
    Andreas.
