[Help] Re: New upstream version 3.28

Hi,

since latexila came up as a candidate for the Bug of the Day[1] I had a
look into it.  The Git repository where the Vcs fields originally
pointed to was broken.  Thus I recreated the repository using `gbp
import-dcsc`.  You can find the result in Debian TeX team[2].

Unfortunately my attempt to upgrade to the latest upstream version
failed as you can see in Salsa CI[3].  Any help is welcome.
