Yes, the recent update of minted brought a new binary, and AFAIR also an
update list of safe for restricted mode (but Debian picks anyway what TL
provides here).

So I think you only need to add the latexminted to the list of linked

@Emmanuel, thanks for the report. The actual solution will be that there
is a link
	/usr/bin/latexminted -> ../share/texlive/texmf-dist/scripts/minted/latexminted.py
