The web site listed in the Homepage field of latexmk indicates that the
project has moved:
> On July 28, 2023, the Personal web server was retired as a service. This
> change aligns with the retirement of the PASS service upon which it depended
> to store web content.
>
> ACTION: Please update your bookmarks before July 28, 2025.
The page offers a new URL for the site that is incorrect. The new site is:
https://www.cantab.net/users/johncollins/latexmk/index.html
The URL in d/watch will also need updating.
