Bug#973732: texlive-bibtex-extra: bbl2bib fails to load BibTeX/Parser.pm

In the perl script the variable SELFAUTOPARENT expands to "/".

hille@debian-amd64-sid:/etc$ kpsewhich -var-value=SELFAUTOPARENT
/

Hence the perl module is not found.
