Package: texlive-latex-extra
Version: 2018.20190227-1
Severity: normal

This package does not install all layout files for the fixme package.

For example, latex complains as follows on MWE below:

! LaTeX Error: File `fxlayoutmarginclue.sty' not found.

This is not the expected behaviour, based on my understanding of §3.5.2
of the FiXme manual (see: texdoc fixme).

No reaction from end user for half a year. Closing as probably wrong
usage of package.
