Hope I got everything.

I've moved the Dep on python packages to the asymptote-x11 package too
as there does not seem to be python code in the asymptote package any
more. I'm absolutely unsure about the librsvg2-bin package and if it is
needed by the asy program.

@Dmitry: are you able to answer that question?
