Package: texlive-metapost-doc
Version: 2009-7

The package contains file

/usr/share/doc/texlive-metapost-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpost.sgml.gz

Consider that:
- as far as I know, no native views are available for (that?) sgml
- the compilation is not trivial: it must be done with
      gunzip featpost.sgml.gz
      linuxdoc featpost.sgml --backend=BACKEND
where the only BACKEND that seems to work is "html".

So I'd ask to please ship (also?) an html version.

Pietro

This file is gone from Debian. Instead we have:

/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/Exemplifier.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/alldefs.txt.gz
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpostbeamer.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpostbeamer.tex
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpostdocsource.tex.gz
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpostmanual.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/featpostmanual.tex
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/lastfiguretest.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/lastfiguretest.tex
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/letterfor3Dand4D.pdf
/usr/share/doc/texlive-doc/metapost/featpost/doc/letterfor3Dand4D.tex.gz

I'm closing the bug at this point as solved.
