Many thanks for the patch! Unfortunately we can't use the patch as it is. 1. Simply adding "paper" to end of the string found in /etc/papersize does not always give the correct result. 2. The geometry package (used by pdfjam) knows not exactly the same set of paper sizes as libpaper1 (compare /var/lib/dpkg/info/libpaper1\:amd64.templates w/ the papersizes found in the geometry documentation.
