When I use
pdfjam --nup 2x2
with an A6 input file the resulting output file is A6, too, even though
it should be A4.
If I instead do --nup 2x1 followed by --nup 1x2 on the output file I get
the correct result.

All these bugs are related to up-upstream, not Debian nor
TeX Live, so a fix will not happen unless up-upstream is contacted,
fixed versions uploaded to CTAN, and included in TeX Live.
According to our policy, I am closing these bugs.
