That is something that looks extremely suspicious! I haven't seen
any texlive-base:amd64 package.

The oldest version - and I know all of them since I packaged all of them -
is texlive-base_2005 which was already arch=all:
http://archive.debian.org/debian/pool/main/t/texlive-base/texlive-base_2005.dfsg.3-1_all.deb

How on earth did you manage to have an entry like this???
