Once more things:
Please create a simple file bla.tex with
	\documentclass{article}
	\begin{document}
	Hello
	\end{document}
and run *the problematic latex* command (was it pdflatex? xelatex? lualatex? latex?. ..)
*adding* (!!!) the option
	-recorder
like
	latex -recorder bla.tex
After that, please send me the file
	bla.fls
