Bug#854059: texlive-base: failure during texlive-lang-japanese jessie->stretch upgrade test

Package: texlive-base
Version: 2016.20161130-1
Severity: serious
User: debian-qa@lists.debian.org
Usertags: piuparts

Hi,

during a test with piuparts I noticed your package fails to upgrade from
'jessie'.
It installed fine in 'jessie', then the upgrade to 'stretch' fails.

This was observed during an jessie->stretch upgrade of
texlive-lang-japanese, targetting version 2016.20170123-1 in stretch.
I don't know if this is a known issue ... you mentioned some on
debian-release, but this was the only new failure I observed in texlive
packages recently.

I have the chroot still available ...
