perl 5.24 ETA
Dear Perl Team,
for the recently released biber/biblatex packages I am in need
of perl 5.24, and as long as we don't have it all the TeX Live
updates are blocked due to dependencies.
I can in principle back out changes to all biblatex related packages,
but this is a huge pain, so I would like to ask whether you have
an approximate ETA for 5.24 in sid.
