This is neither a Debian packaging bug, *nor* an upstream TeX Live bug,
but an up-upstream bug.
Please report this to the original authors of the packages.
If a fix is uploaded to CTAN, it will be included in TeX Live and then
into Debian.
According to our policy, I am closing this bug.
