Ok, that means loads of time. 
OTOH since I just checked, there are no other relevant bugs open,
and a new release would come out only later, so I guess I can
make an upload already now.

You said you tested it on 5.20 perl (sid), too? In this case
I can prepare an upload now and forget it ;-)
