Bug#757752: texlive-humanities: leipzig package missing essential file leipzig.tex

Dear Maintainer,
The leipzig package is missing the file leipzig.tex which is included on CTAN
and is required for the package to be usable. Currently it crashes since it
can't find the file. I know that I'm not on the latest version of
texlive-humanities, but I downloaded the current package from sid and the file
is still missing.
The file in question is available here on CTAN:
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/leipzig
http://mirrors.ctan.org/macros/latex/contrib/leipzig/leipzig.tex
It is referenced at the top of the package's documentation, and contains
a list of invocations of the package's macros to setup essential definitions.
I think that the missing file should be included if leipzig is to be kept in
the texlive distribution.
