Hi,
you missed a point - we *TeX LIve* will *NOT* split the packages.
If anyone wants to package the fonts separately - in a separate source
package! - I will remove them from TeX Live. hat was all.
Debian/TeX Live follows upstream's collections in most cases
(besides historic ones).
THus, I am closing this bug. Feel free to reopen it as a
RFP
bug.
