Bug#752731: info: clarify in 'man info' that 'info info' is in a separate package

The man page for info instructs the user to open "info info" for complete
documentation.
What it does not mention is that this documentation needs to be installed from
another package (texinfo-doc-nonfree).
Instead, "info info" prints the manpages, i.e., exactly what the user was just
reading!
This is hardly user-friendly, especially for newbies.
The doc package is currently a 'suggests', which is the appropriate dependency
according to the definitions. However, if the manpage is going to refer to
"info info", it should also clarify how to obtain that documentation!
This is basically a continuation of archived bug #428339. That bug was declared
resolved because texinfo-doc-nonfree was added as a 'suggests'. However, that
did not actually adequately resolve the problem.
This is also somewhat related to bug #484303.
Looking through other GNU tools, some mention another package is needed (tar,
gdb), and others do not (make, bash). I might file separate bugs for those.
This is the first one I discovered, so it's what I'm submitting. It's also the
most ironic. =D
This is also the first time I've created a patch, since the "bug" was so
simple.
