Dear bug submitter,

the bug you have submitted against one of the TeX packages concerns
not the Debian packaging of TeX Live, nor the upstream TeX Live
distribution itself, but CTAN. THe descriptions of packages in
Debian are auto-generated from the descriptions in TeX Live.
And the descriptions in TeX Live in turn are auto-generated from
the entries in the CTAN package database.

THat means, fixing these descriptions means:
* either up-upstream, the original author reuploads or requests
  a change of the description
* or CTAN maintainers are contacted to change the description

Thus, neither we, the Debian TeX Team, nor the Upstream TeX Live team
can fix anything regarding this bug.
