Dear Debian TeX Maintainers,
the version of MetaUML included in the texlive-metapost package is
outdated. /usr/share/doc/texlive-metapost-doc/metapost/metauml/README
states that it is version 0.2.3. This version does not support realization
links in UML class diagrams.
This feature has been introduced in version 0.2.4. The current version is
0.2.5, released on August, 26th 2006. (Source:

The minimal input file provided will fail with the error:
