Thanks. This is strange.
In former times makeinfo was not necessary. It seems that something
has changed. All the info files are built before, so why the build
process try to rebuild the info file is strange.
I will investigate.

In emergency cases, but I want to know *why*, we *never* had to
use makeinfo till now.
