Dear Maintainer,

When using latest texlive package on Sd, LaTeX fails when using french or
frenchb (maybe others...) Babel options:

The very same file compile ok on others distros. I encounter this bug on two different Sid machines.

apt-get install texlive-lang-french

sounds like it could work ... at the end you want french support.
