Ahh, now I got it. What is currently in Debian svn:
cjk (4.8.3+git20120914-1) experimental; urgency=low
has never been RELEASED!!!
Ah (better to keep a note somewhere, like UNRELEASED or so ;-)

Well, still better, since we are now in TL2013 and that cjk
experimental entry has already a lot of stuff accumulated.
