And I'll remove the latex-fonts-thai-tlwg binary in my next upload for
fonts-tlwg, then.

Alternatively, I may make it transitional package which depends on
texlive-lang-other.

Yes, after I cut the links from latex-fonts-tlwg and latex-fonts-sipa-arundina.

It's named latex-fonts-sipa-arundina in Debian. Sorry for the confusion.
(fonts-sipa-arundina is its CTAN name.) And it should be just suggests:
not recommends:.

In summary:
- recommends: swath, texlive-latex-extra
- suggests: latex-fonts-sipa-arundina
