Do you mean thailatex .orig?
The tex files can be fogotten, I think. The ones in hyph-utf8 are a bit
different, and we should use them instead.

The emacs mode is outdated and unmaintained. It had been dropped
from upstream thailatex before it was decomposed and pushed to TeX Live.
