I didn't notice this, or maybe it wasn't present (in teTeX, CTAN, ...)
when I first checked.

I have no idea why so many of the files have a license statement inside
that it seems I didn't notice.  Well.

When I wrote this, I was under the impression that, since public domain
doesn't exist in many jurisdictions, the term needs clarification. I
don't think we need to insist on this, in particular not if Donald is
from the US (which I don't know).
