Bug#688845: texlive-fonts-extra: Please demote all additional Depends to Recommends

Hi there,
once in a blue moon I decide I want to use a font (read: one single!) from the
texlive-fonts-extra package. It is not only annoying that I have to download
some hundred MB just for this package (this is already convered by #688041),
but that another additional 22 font packages are also forced onto my system. I
try to keep my installed fonts at a minimum and thus find this unacceptable.
Hence, I request to demote these additional Depends to Recommends.
The rationale being that users typically install texlive-fonts-extra for a hand
full of additional fonts - not all of them. If a user installs texlive-fonts-
extra, because he wants to use e.g. gentium in LaTeX, I think it can be
expected that he takes care of installing the fonts-sil-gentium package as well
himself. I still consider it reasonable to install all these additional
packages in by default, thus Recommends fits here, but it should as well be
possible to remove all of these additional fonts and still keep the texlive-
fonts-extra package installed for the other fonts.
