Uhhhh - md5sum and full upgrade stuff seems broken??
Hi everyone,
maybe one of the oldtimers here can enlighten me about this:
In tex-common.postinst we have things like
old_ldat_md5sum=`md5sum /etc/texmf/language.dat`
if [ ! "$old_ldat_md5sum" = fe9baf0768ade79a585a9df568dac5f6 ]
.....
but that wil *never*never*never* work since md5sum returns
<MD5 SUM> <NAME>
and not only ythe md5sum ...
Probably I lost something on the way, but this is not optimal ;-)
Best wishes
Norbert
