Bug#674643: tex-common totally disables scalable-cyrfonts-tex package

Dear Maintainer,
current tex-common dependency conflicts with scalable-cyrfonts-tex (<=4.15) so the later package is completely useless because both wheezy and sid contain 4.15 version exactly.
Scalable-cyrfonts-tex cannot obviously be used without tex-common.
Scalable-cyrfonts-tex contains cyrtimes.sty which is the only free way to use Cyrillic Times with tex.
I hope this dependency does not mean that texlive-2011 cannot used with cyrtimes.sty at all.
