HELP: strange behaviour of shell (bash)
Hi,
can anyone help me?
Suddenly in the cowbuilder tests I get
....
Setting up texlive-lang-other (2011.20120423-1) ...
Unknown AddHypen directive hyph-sh-cyrl.pat.txt in line: ==name=serbianc file=loadhyph-sr-cyrl.tex patterns=hyph-sh-latn.pat.txt,hyph-sh-cyrl.pat.txt lefthyphenmin=2 righthyphenmin=2 exceptions=hyph-sh-latn.hyp.txt,hyph-sh-cyrl.hyp.txt==!
...
wich comes from update-language -> update-fmtlang:
set -- $line
name=""
lhm=""
rhm=""
synonyms=""
f=""
while [ ! "$1" = "" ] ; do
case "$1" in
name=*) name="${1#name=}" ;;
lefthyphenmin=*) lhm="${1#lefthyphenmin=}" ;;
righthyphenmin=*) rhm="${1#righthyphenmin=}" ;;
patterns=*) patterns="${1#patterns=}" ;;
synonyms=*) synonyms="${1#synonyms=}" ;;
exceptions=*) exceptions="${1#exceptions=}" ;;
file=*) f="${1#file=}" ;;
*) echo "Unknown AddHypen directive $1 in line: ==$line==!" >&2 ; return ;;
esac
shift
done
BUT: The very same thing installed in my box by myself works without any
problem *AT*ALL*....
What is different in a cowbuilder?
Any ideas?
I can only think about that the IFS is changed out of some reason
Anyone can explain this?
Best wishes
Norbert

CORRIECRAVIE (n.)
To avert the horrors of corrievorrie (q.v.) corriecravie is usually
employed. This is the cowardly but highly skilled process by which
both protagonists continue to approach while keeping up the pretence
that they haven't noticed each other - by staring furiously at their
feet, grimacing into a notebook, or studying the walls closely as if
in a mood of deep irritation.
