preliminary packages for texfam / jtex

I have now prepared a preliminary package for texfam 1.5
and have reworked the format definition stuff, too.

I have build preliminary package, but never tested them in
a real system ... though ...

	deb http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ texfam/
	deb-src http://people.debian.org/~preining/TeX/ texfam/

All of the changes are also in the debian-tex svn repository udner
	ROOT/jtex-etal/texfam/trunk

I would be very happy if you could take a look both at the
source package or the svn debian dir, and also the binary
packages. It was a bit a pain to get the compilation working
halfway, and the build-deps are for sure wrong by now, but
at least I could build it once with dpkg-buildpackage -us -uc -b
