Bug#668661: tex-common: lost TEXMFSYSVARDIR def, creates TEXMFLOCAL/ls-R

No.
That is different code, and that contained the definitions of TEXMFTREES
and FULLTEXMFTREES.

Which one? I can check what is the reason.

Should not be necessary, all packages that have been rebuild
with tex-common >= 3 should be ok.
