Bug#668661: texlive-base: does not clean up /usr/local/share/texmf/ls-R on purge

retitle 668661 lost TEXMFSYSVARDIR def, creates TEXMFLOCAL/ls-R

Yes, bug 607857 ...

And indeed, looking into the log I see:
	  Running updmap-sys. This may take some time... done.
	  Running mktexlsr  ... done.
	0m32.6s DEBUG: Command ok: ['chroot', '/tmp/piupartss/tmpT_UWX2', 'eatmydata', 'apt-get', '-y', 'install', 'texlive-base=2011.20120410-1']
which is bad ... there *SHOULD* be 
	Running mktexlsr /var/lib/texmf ... done.
And looking into the code I see the somewhere the definition of
	TEXMFSYSVARDIR
has gone lost, and thus mktexlsr runs in unprotected mode.

I will fix it, but probably *AFTER* the transition to testing.
