Do we have to do that?
- drop dpkg-maintscript-calls
- check with ucfq whether the file has changed, if yes, make a backup
  if no, remove it
- in both cases purge it from ucf database

But then ... we would need to write our own unwind procedure
if the upgrade just broke, right?
