Package: texlive-lang-greek
Version: 2007.dfsg.1-3
Severity: normal
Hi,
I have a large latex document, which is several years old and gets
updated every few weeks, so I am running this document through LaTeX
every now and then.
The document contains a few words in ancient greek, therefore:
\input{lgrenc.def}
\newcommand{\griech}[1]{{\fontencoding{LGR}\selectfont #1}}
...
\griech{>'adhloc}
Since upgrade from tetex to texlive I get this error message:
grep: grar10.log: No such file or directory
mktextfm: `mf-nowin -progname=mf \mode:=ljfour; mag:=1; nonstopmode; input grar10' failed to make grar10.tfm.
kpathsea: Appending font creation commands to missfont.log.
! Font LGR/phv/m/n/10.95=grar10 at 10.95pt not loadable: Metric (TFM) file not
found.
<to be read again>
relax
l.497 blablabla \griech{>'adhloc}
regards
Hadmut

I guess this explanation is good enough to close this as non-bug.
Open systems may change unconditionally. ;-)
