Hmmmmm, so what, we will see the effect can disable it later.I don't mind.

History ;-) It is a whole mess. I am not sure if we want to change
that, so that simply *every* commit is sent to the ML, and *NO* diff
is sent to the ML, or *ALL* diff are sent to the ML.
It was historically so when I joined, and I continued it ;-)
